Owners of For E90 BMW models will find out that the plastic intake chargepipe going to the throttle body is a weak point that will eventually fail, even on fully stock, unmodified cars. The chargepipe can fail in several locations: the connection to the throttle body, the necks of the boost diverter valves, and along the plastic tube of the chargepipe itself. Any failure at these points will result in loss of boost and performance and may put the car into a limp mode.

This aluminum chargepipe is the fix for all of those issues and comes with a lifetime warranty so you will never have to buy another chargepipe again. This pipe is set up to use an aftermarket Blow-Off Valve instead of the factory Diverter Valves (which are prone to failure also).

Converting your stock diverter valves to the blow off valve and charge pipe helps your N54 engine hold a more constant boost level while preventing unwanted pressure bleed off.

This helps maintains better power throughout the RPM range and smoother power all across the RPM band.

A BOV is available separately or you can source your own. A BOV system will also aid in the longevity of your turbos by releasing the unwanted boost pressure during de-acceleration and in between shifts by releasing the pressure faster, keeping it from feeding back through the turbo causing damage.
